• Manage Customers: Right from your web browser, you can view lists of customers who have purchased from the site.
• Manage Orders: Once someone has placed an order, you or your staff will receive an order alert email, informing you of the purchase.
• Manage Company Info: If your phone number or other company information changes, it's easy to update the system. The changes appear on the site and in the order emails instantly.
• Manage Payment Gateway: The e-Commerce module offers several different payment gateway options. For businesses that are just getting started, we have a `collection only` mode that allows the system to collect credit card information that can then be run offline (from a Verifone terminal, for example). Or, you can use PayPal to handle payments. For customers wanting to use real-time transaction processing, we integrate with the Authorize.net payment gateway
