This agreement involves you, the person you are referring to Global Marketing Plus (the Referral) and Global Marketing Plus.

1. Global Marketing Plus extends the offer of a Referral Bonus for every referral that you make to Global Marketing Plus. Referral Bonuses are paid for each new client that you refer to Global Marketing Plus. Global Marketing Plus agrees to pay you the commission upon receipt of payment from the client.

2. Payment of the Referral Bonus is paid at the end of the month and based on client payments. All payments are made in American Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time the check is printed. The Referral must have payments up to date, with no chargebacks or returns or NSF checks.

3. Your Affiliate Account must be fully registered and approved by Global Marketing Plus through completion of this agreement in order to be paid.

4. Payouts are made to Affiliates with an account balance of a minimum of $20. All payouts are made in American Dollars, on a check drawn on a American Bank.

5. There is no limit amount to Referral Bonuses to be paid out, and there is no maximum lifetime Referral Bonus payout.

6. Global Marketing Plus WILL NOT tolerate any affiliate marketing via unsolicited mail (SPAM), offensive, or other frowned upon marketing techniques.

7. Global Marketing Plus, and its principals, agents and assigns, reserve the right to modify, waive, override or cancel this offer or any part of it, at any time, for any specific program, offer, affiliate, referral or person, and for any reason, without further notice. Global Marketing Plus also reserves the right to unilaterally accept, reject, withdraw or terminate any specific Affiliate Agreement or program for any reason. In all cases, the decision of Global Marketing Plus is final.

8. Completion and submission of this form to Global Marketing Plus indicates that you have read, understood and agree to abide by this Affiliate Agreement and any updates or revisions that may be made in the future.
